Congrats to Coach Justin Blomdahl and his Coast 13 White South squad for finishing as finalists in the Charleston Challenge Cup over the weekend. The boys got things started with a strong 6-0 result over the CASC Force before settling for a 2-2 draw with CASC Raptors on Saturday. A 3-0 victory Sunday morning over the MPRD Landsharks propelled the 13 White South team into the championship versus Greenville based CESA Black. The boys dropped a hard fought 4-5 result to CESA but finished as finalists in a tough U11 division. “ We had such a great weekend. Although we came up short this team showed heart and a no quit attitude. They played till the final whistle “ said Coach Blomdahl.
